Highly recommended charming B&B in breathtaking countryside near Carcassonne. Warm and gracious proprietress. Spacious and attractive rooms. Convenient kitchen for light fare. Friendly hosts, relaxed atmosphere.
Nothing not to love.

I loved the hotel facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel on top of a hill was breathtaking with amazing views of the vineyards. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of fresh, local options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

The rural location of this hotel offered a great sense of escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The views over the surrounding farmland and vineyards were simply breathtaking and made for a perfect backdrop to a relaxing weekend away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there was a fully equipped kitchen available for guests to use - a convenient perk for those who prefer to snack or prepare their own meals.
Our initial impression of the hotel was quite underwhelming with construction work taking place on the grounds. The lighting in certain areas was poor, and there were a few mobility issues due to some stairs leading to the rooms.

The countryside views were breathtaking, with sunflowers and vineyards as far as the eye could see. the breakfast was decent, with fresh croissants and bread offered every day. the pool area was also nice and peaceful, with chairs to lounge on.
The hotel lacked the Xmas Spirit, with no decorations whatsoever. We had been hoping for a festive atmosphere, but instead, the place felt empty and dreary.

If you're looking for a remote location with views over the vineyards, this hotel might be for you. the room was quite basic, but the bathroom seemed recently renovated. Breakfast was satisfactory. the communal kitchen was cluttered but useful. There was a pool on top of the hill, but seasonal.
The nearby villages had very limited options for dining and facilities.
